The winners have achieved superior academic standing while demonstrating leadership in their schools or communities. Scholarship valued at $24,000 is awarded in equal amounts of $6,000 annually throughout four years of study.

This scholarship was established by the children of Evelyn and Denis Morris to serve as a lasting legacy to their parents.  This scholarship is valued at $5,000 and is renewable for up to 4 years provided an 80% average is maintained while studing at StFX. Recipients must demonstrate financial need, leadership qualities and have strong academics.

In recognition of the Moore Family’s proud and close association with St. Francis Xavier University, Carol and William Moore have established a scholarship to honour Florence “Flossie” Kate Burroughs and to support full-time students in the StFX Nursing Program. This entrance award is a non renewable award valued at $8,952. NS students who have an average of 85% or higher and are accepted into the Nursing program will be able to apply.
