This scholarship is available to Aboriginal Canadian and African Nova Scotia students who have been accepted into the Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy & Governance Program, preference given to African Nova Scotian students. Students must have a minimum average of 70% from grade 12 December exams or first-semester grade 12. The scholarship is tenable over four years of study at St.Francis Xavier University at a value of $4,000 for the each year of study. The award will renewed for a maximum of four years provided an overall 65% average is achieved in the Fall/Winter terms. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 21 credits in each year of study.
